UK: Increase in firms implementing alcohol policies
Dienstag 25. August 2009 von htm
Businesses are refining their alcohol policies in a bid to avoid health and safety and discrimination claims and increase productivity, a HR consultancy has claimed. Human Resources firm Jaluch has reported a 50% increase since August 2008 in the number of companies seeking help to draft alcohol policies. The rise is seen as being a result of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act, which came into effect last year. (Quelle: Google Alkohol Alert, 8/25/09) Workplace Law Network, 8/24/09
