Foreign Office launches ’stay safe‘ campaign to clean up image of young hell-raisers
A campaign urging holidaymakers to drink sensibly and keep out of trouble has been launched across the Mediterranean in the hope of improving the poor image of the British abroad. Hotels and bars in destinations such as Mallorca, Turkey and Crete are stockpiling leaflets, cards and posters produced by the Foreign Office that entreat tourists to „know their limits“.
